At DEW, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and fit of our garments. If you experience any issues with your order, we’re here to help — with an exchange-only policy.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
• You received a defective or damaged product.
• The size doesn’t fit you as expected.
To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• You must request an exchange within 5-7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Email us at dewbyyp@gmail.com with your order number and clear images of the issue (if defective).
2. Specify the reason for exchange and the desired size or replacement item.
3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions for the original item.
Important Notes
• Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.
• We do not offer refunds.
• Shipping costs for return and re-shipment may be applicable unless the item was defective.
• Products bought on sale or during promotions are not eligible for exchange.
